Picture:

The picture quality is great but not quite ideal for the price. You may notice some white patches when switching between applications. Upscaling isn’t perfect. It turns on and off intermittently but not throughout the video. 720p videos play well, but anything below that does not. It recognizes all video formats from a USB drive, but detecting the pendrive takes some time.

Sound:

 The vocals are clear with the 30W speakers, but the bass isn’t very strong. I kept the TV volume between 35-50 for a medium-sized room. Dolby effects can be noticed if the audio input is good.

Build Quality:

 The frame quality is decent, but the stand quality could be better.

Casting:

Casting to the TV is fast. I cast YouTube videos from my phone, and the quality was good. Casting from a PC via wireless display is acceptable, but when connecting through a cable and setting it as the second screen, the clarity isn't great. Therefore, it's better to connect wirelessly and use it for screen mirroring only. Don’t expect this TV to function well as a monitor, as it's not suited for that purpose.

Software:

One of the main issues with this TV is its software. It’s a bit laggy. I initially considered buying an ACER TV but switched to TCL, yet this TV also shows lag. Opening YouTube takes time, and if you unplug the TV, it takes even longer to start up again. The Google TV experience has some lag, and it's surprising that TV manufacturers and Google aren’t addressing this issue. However, the TV offers a lot of settings.

Installation:

Installation was done within a day in Vijayawada, with no extra charges since it was only mounted on the stand. Wall mount brackets are provided with the TV unit itself.

Overall:

You can go for this TV at this price for the features it offers, but be prepared for occasional software lag.
